Captain Charles “Chuck” Parker has been fishing the waters off Hatteras since he
was a little boy. He has experience catching the many species of offshore and
inshore fish the Outer Banks has to offer. Captain Chuck has been working on
charter boats for 14 years and has knowledge, experience, and passion for all
